I am Dr. Sagar Gajanan Nimbalkar. I am an alumni (MBA Batch 2005-07) of KBPIMSR Satara. Presently I am working as Assistant Professor in the management department of Vidya Pratishthans Institute of Information Technology Baramati. I am NET qualified and have pursued Ph.D. in the subject Organizational Management from SPPU Pune. Presently I am also a Research Supervisor for Ph. D. program for the subject Human Resource Management in Savitribai Phule Pune University. KBPIMSR SATARA is a such institute which not only believes in professionalism but also imbibing value based education among students. The faculty members, we learnt from in KBPIMSR were taught us applications of management concepts at the workplace and made us a perfect blend of knowledge and competencies. The teaching style and pedagogy of Dr. Bhola really inspired me to pursue a career in the education sector. BBA and MBA are such management related programs where you get insights of managing the business competently and to be a professional contributing immensely to the corporate houses. This path of career offers you knowledge skills sets opportunity to prosper economically as well as create wealth if you wish so.
